To subscribe to the syndicated feed, and get the MP3 file automatically whenever it's updated, you need to have podcatching software. iPodder is a very popular program that does an outstanding job. All you have to do is copy the address to the feed (click on the "Feedburner" button, then copy the address that shows up in your browser) and paste it into iPodder.

iTunes has a built-in list of podcasts, and you can subscribe to any podcast you want through iTunes. To subscribe in iTunes, just click the "iTunes One Click" button to the right, and you will be subscribed.
